How can I cancel my website subscription?

We're sorry to see you go!

Here's how to cancel your Jottful website subscription: 

  1. Log in to your website (Forgotten how to log in or lost your password? (Here are instructions)
  2. Go to the Manage button in the upper-right hand corner of the screen
  3. Click on Subscription & Billing, as shown here:

  4. Click the Cancel button next to the plan(s) you wish to cancel, as shown here:

Your cancellation will be effective on the day it was scheduled to renew. So, for the customer shown in the example above, the subscription will cancel on January 24. 

Your website will be unpublished on the day your cancellation is effective. No one will be able to see your Jottful website.

We'll keep your website content and design for 90 days. If you decide you'd like to return to Jottful and you let us know within 90 days, we can just turn it back on for you without any kind of set up fee. Just send an email to support@jottful.com to restart your subscription and turn your website back on.
