Has my business outgrown Jottful?

Jottful is built to make having a website super easy and affordable for small business owners. Once you begin doing a lot of online marketing, you may find you've outgrown Jottful and you'll need a new platform. And that's okay!  

To help you determine whether you've outgrown Jottful, we've prepared this article.

What we already do for you 

• Your pages are structured properly for search engines to find them (i.e., we use meta tags, H tags, alt tags, schema, etc.)
• You have an XML sitemap
• You have a security certificate
• Your website is mobile responsive
• We are constantly looking for ways to improve your website's page-load speed
  

What you can do yourself in the Magical Editor 

• Add focus keywords to your pages in the:  
  • Page title 
  • Page description
  • Headlines and body text
  • "Alt text" on images
• Update schema text in the footer (e.g., location, hours)
  

What you can ask us to do for you 

• Add tracking code (e.g., FB pixel, Google Analytics, Ads, or GTM account numbers)
• Add code snippets on pages (e.g., to add a form from a CRM)
• Refresh the design of the entire website or specific pages (there is a fee for this)
• Add a blog to your website, if you don't already have one (requires our Grow or Pro plan)

What you cannot do with Jottful 

• Conduct A/B testing
• Make lots of design refreshes without incurring fees
• Use custom design that our software cannot replicate
• Be hands-on with the design on an ongoing basis

While we'd hate to lose you, we welcome growth and you can cancel your subscription at any time (How can I cancel my website subscription?) and we'd be happy to help you transition to a new platform.
