How do I change my domain name?

You can change your primary domain name at any time, although we don't recommend it if your website is already launched.

How to change your primary domain name: 

1. Login to tools.jottful.com/domains
2. Click the button to add an Alternate Domain
3. Follow the instructions to connect your new domain to Jottful
4. Send an email to support@jottful.com to let us know you would like to make it your new primary domain
5. We'll then switch it to the primary domain on our side
