How can I move my Google Workspace account from another provider to Jottful?

Jottful works with Google to provide Google Workspace email (aka: Gmail) to customers. If you already have a Google Workspace account elsewhere, this is how you can transfer it to Jottful.

How to transfer if you have Google Admin Console admin access

This is how to make the transfer if you have admin access to your own Google Admin Console:

1. Go to https://admin.google.com/TransferToken.
2. Sign in with your Google Administrator username and password.
3. The page automatically generates a "transfer token."
4. You will need to provide Jottful's public identifier; it is C01rfs2ka. 
5. Email the transfer token (which is just a bunch of numbers and letters) to support@jottful.com and write in the email that you would like to transfer your G Suite account to Jottful.

When you sign into Google (as described in Step #2), this is what you will see:

How to transfer if you DO NOT have Google Admin Console admin access

This is how to make the transfer if you DO NOT have admin access to your own Google Admin Console:

1. Contact your current provider's customer support team for help. 
2. Tell them you need to transfer your Google Workspace account from them to a new reseller. 
3. Ask them for a "transfer token."  
4. You will need to give them Jottful's public identifier; it is C01rfs2ka. 
5. Email the transfer token (which is just a bunch of numbers and letters) to support@jottful.com and write in the email that you would like to transfer your G Suite account to Jottful.

Once the transfer is complete, all your billing for Google Workspace will come from Jottful.
