How do I cancel my Google Workspace account through Jottful?
You can cancel your Google Workspace subscription from your Jottful dashboard. Cancellation stops renewal, and your service continues through the end of your current paid term.
When that term ends, we’ll transfer your subscription to Google. You can then choose to continue service with Google or cancel Google Workspace entirely. Canceling through Jottful does not delete your Google Workspace account or its data.
To cancel through Jottful:
Open the Google Workspace subscription page in your Jottful dashboard.
Under Your Google Workspace Subscription, click Cancel subscription, as shown below.
Confirm your cancellation. The dashboard will show when your subscription with Jottful ends.
If you change your mind before your paid term ends, click Resume subscription.
After your subscription transfers to Google
We’ll email you once the transfer is confirmed. Jottful will no longer bill you for that subscription.
Sign in to the Google Admin Console with your Google Workspace administrator account, then:
To keep using Google Workspace: Set up billing directly with Google promptly. Google allows only a limited time to do this before service may be interrupted.
To stop using Google Workspace entirely: You don’t need to set up billing with Google or take further action. Service will stop after Google’s grace period. Save any emails, files, or other data you need before service ends.
