Is my domain renewal included in my website subscription?

Domains are purchased separately from Jottful website subscriptions.

You can choose to register and renew your domain through Jottful or through a domain registrar of your choosing. If you choose to purchase your domain through Jottful, we will automatically renew it for you each year.

Your domain may not renew at the same time as your website.

Your domain will likely renew at a different time than your website subscription. Specifically, it will renew on the day that it was registered. So if, for example, you registered your domain on September 1 and you registered for one year, it will renew on September 1 the following year. We are unable to change this date.
