What appointment-booking software should I use?
In this article, we provide an overview of the appointment-booking software our customers use most often.
Website software, such as Jottful, and appointment-booking software are not the same thing. To make it possible for your website visitors to book appointments, you'll need both.

What you can expect from appointment-booking software
All the software options listed below:
- Are available online
- Are not just for your website visitors. You can share your appointment-booking link in your email or on social media, too.
- Automatically send appointment reminders to people who book with you
- Connect with most online calendars (e.g., Google Calendar, etc.) so people can see when you're available — and when you're not. People will only be able to book an appointment with you when you're free.
- Provide "embed code" or a "code snippet" that Jottful will use to connect your appointment-booking software to your website. Then your visitors will be able to schedule appointments right on your website!
If you want to collect payment when someone books an appointment with you, you'll need to connect your appointment-booking software to your bank account using a payment processor such as Square or Stripe. You will be walked through that step when you set up your appointment-booking software.
