What is a website or "overhaul"?
An overhaul is major refresh, redesign, or rebuild of your website. You know it's an overhaul if:
- You can't make the changes yourself using Jottful's Editor
- You're asking Jottful to do more than just add one or two things to a page
- You're submitting multiple support requests in a month
Why do businesses sometimes get an overhaul?
You may need a website overhaul because:
- Your company brand has changed (name, colors, logo, etc.)
- You've changed the way you deliver or price your products or services
- You're now serving different customers or clients
- You just want to shake things up and change the look and feel of your website

When do I need a new website instead?
If you need anything beyond what's described above (e.g., if you're starting a new venture), then you will need a new website. This is exciting!
To get started, our team with chat with you to learn about your goals and website needs so we can build a new website that reflects them. Expect the same process you went through with your current website, including the same pricing — with one exception: as a current Jottful customer, you'll get the first month's subscription free for the new website.
