  2. Booking: appointments

START HERE: How do I add Jottful Booking to my website so I can take appointments online?

These are Self-service setup instructions. If you prefer a Jottful team member take the lead on setting this up for you, please sign up for Jottful-assisted setup instead ($99 for a 45-minute video session).

With Jottful Booking, your website visitors can book appointments with anyone who has been granted permission to host appointments.

To take appointments on your website: 

  1. Confirm that Jottful Booking is the best option for you
  2. Log in to Jottful Booking or navigate to it as shown here:

  3. In the Availability tab: 
    • Connect your calendar (if you use multiple Google Calendars, after you connect you'll need to choose the one you want to use for appointments from the drop-down menu) 
    • Set your typical working hours
    • Add any exceptions (e.g., for upcoming vacations)

  4. Then in Appointment Types tab: 
    • Add at least one appointment type

  5. Once that's all set up, send an email to support@jottful.com to let us know you're ready to let customers book appointments on your website. 🎉
