How can I update my billing info?
In order to ensure your security, no Jottful team member can make payment-method changes for you. Please access your billing to make any changes you need.
You can securely access your billing at any time in order to:
- Change your payment method
- Update your credit card information
- View, download, and print previous invoices
- Update your billing address
How to access your billing
There are two ways to access your billing information:
1.) Log in to your website (just as you would to edit it) and go to Manage > Subscription & Billing, as shown here:
2.) OR log in to our billing portal at https://tools.jottful.com
How to update your payment method
Once you've accessed your billing, scroll down to the Payment Method section of the page. Here you can:
- Add or delete a payment method
- Choose which payment method you want to be your default
