Paying with Link isn't working. How can I fix it?
If you have previously set up your credit or debit card with Link for easier payments, it will be used by default when you enter your Link-connected email address. Link will text you a code to confirm your transaction.
Sometimes people report challenges using Link. Please be aware that Link is not part of Jottful; it's related to your credit or debit card. So there's nothing we at Jottful can do to fix problems that might arise with it.
If you run into challenges, here are solutions our customers have found to work:
1. Don't use Link.
You can avoid issues altogether by clicking "Pay without Link," as shown below. Then you'll enter your card information as you normally would.
2. Avoid triggering link.
Link is triggered by your Link-connected email address. If you have another email address, you can use that instead to complete your checkout.
3. Update your phone number.
If you have the wrong phone associated with your Link account, you can change your phone number with Link here >
