I tried to reset my password, but got an error: “This password reset token is invalid.”

Did you try and reset your password, and got this error message? Here are some things to check:

  1. Click “Create or reset my password” and enter your account email address, and an email should be sent to that address (if it is valid) with a link to reset your password.
  2. If the email cannot be found, check Spam and confirm you are checking the correct email account.
  3. The link sent in the email will work for only one hour — after the hour is up, the link will expire.
  4. If you requested the reset several times, be sure to use the link in the most recent email — the other links will not work.
  5. If at this point, you still cannot reset your password, please reach out to support@jottful.com and we will look into this further.
