I tried to reset my password, but got an error: “This password reset token is invalid.”

Did you try and reset your password, and got this error message? Here are some things to check:
- Click “Create or reset my password” and enter your account email address, and an email should be sent to that address (if it is valid) with a link to reset your password.
- If the email cannot be found, check Spam and confirm you are checking the correct email account.
- The link sent in the email will work for only one hour — after the hour is up, the link will expire.
- If you requested the reset several times, be sure to use the link in the most recent email — the other links will not work.
