I asked to reset my password. Why is it not working?

Did you try and reset your password, and got this error message? Here are some things to check
- Select “Create or Reset my password” , at this point an email should be sent to the email on file with a link to reset your password
- If the email cannot be found, check Spam and confirm the email we have on file
- The link sent in the email will work for only 1 hour, after the hour is up, the link will expire
- If you requested the link several times, be sure to follow the link sent most recently, the other links will not work
- If at this point, you still cannot reset your password, please reach out to support@jottful.com and we will look into this further
