I asked to reset my password. Why is it not working?

Did you try and reset your password, and got this error message? Here are some things to check

  1. Select “Create or Reset my password” , at this point an email should be sent to the email on file with a link to reset your password
  2. If the email cannot be found, check Spam and confirm the email we have on file
  3. The link sent in the email will work for only 1 hour, after the hour is up, the link will expire
  4. If you requested the link several times, be sure to follow the link sent most recently, the other links will not work
  5. If at this point, you still cannot reset your password, please reach out to support@jottful.com and we will look into this further
