How do I add an events calendar to my website?

- Make sure you are on the right Jottful plan. Event Management is available on the Grow and Grow Plus plans. If you’re not on one of these plans today, please either:
Log in to your billing management and upgrade
Send an email to support@jottful.com and ask us to upgrade you. - Make sure you have a event page setup. If you do not see a link for an events page in your website’s navigation, send an email to support@jottful.com and ask us to add one for you.

- Click on your events page
- Once you are on your events page you’ll click “create new event”
- Next you can add the features of your event such as the Image, you can add an image from your image library or upload an image to add
- You can also give your event a name and subname
- Next are the logistic of your event. You can set the start and end date if the event will be running for weeks at a time, or set it for one day. You can also add the time and any details around the time, like if it there will be changes due to weather or any other circumstances.
- You can add a location for your event and when the event is published the address will link to google maps.
- If you are selling tickets for your event, you can add a link for people to purchase tickets within your event
- If it is necessary for your event, the last options to edit are the event description, the event gallery, and event tags. This is where you can add more text to describe the event and add a gallery of images related to your event. The event tags organize your events in different categories. This is helpful if you have several different kind of events on your website.
- After you add several events, there will be an option to display past events. To manage this on your website please contact support@jottful.com
