How do I renew my domain name?

If you registered your domain name through Jottful, then it will automatically renew each year unless you cancel it or the renewal fee does not go through successfully. If that happens, you will need to renew it manually.

Great news! It's easy to renew your Jottful-registered domain name.

Here's how: 

1. Log in to your website (for help, see: How do I log in to my Jottful website?)
2. Go to Manage > Domains
   
   
3. Log in again
4. Click the "Renew subscription" button: 
   
   
5. Complete the signup

And you're all set! The domain will automatically be renewed and connected to your Jottful website.
