How do I restart my subscription?

To restart your website, please —


1. Confirm your website can be restarted

  • If you cancelled within the past 90 days, we've kept your design on file, so we can easily get your website up and running again. 🙌🏽
  • If you cancelled more than 90 days ago (or you're not sure), please email us at support@jottful.com to ask whether we still have your website stored. If we do still have it on file, we can restart with a $99 relaunch fee.

2. Sign up for a subscription

To restart your website, simply click here to sign up and confirm your payment method >



What to expect after you sign up again

Once you sign up:

  • Your website may automatically relaunch. But we'll also keep an eye on it, just to make sure. And we'll let you know if we need your help re-connecting your domain name to your website.  
  • We'll send you an email with your login information, so you can make any text and image updates you'd like to see.
