My emails are going to spam. How can I fix that?

It's very inconvenient when your emails go to your recipients' spam folders.
If you use Jottful's Google Workspace email, here is some guidance to help you.
Jottful is not able to discern why this happens but Google does provide some guidance to fix it. Basically, the recipients of your emails should:
- Mark these emails as "not spam" (instructions here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/1366858)
- Add the sender to their contacts (instructions here: https://support.google.com/contacts/answer/1069522)
- Add a filter so all email from the sender goes to the inbox (instructions here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/6579#zippy=%2Ccreate-a-filter)
Admittedly, this is a hassle. But doing these things should help Google's system learn that you are a legitimate sender whose emails should not go to spam.
