What do I need to sign up for Google Workspace?

In order for Jottful to set up your Google Workspace account, we will need to know the following: 

1. Your domain name

   This should be the primary domain where you plan to use Google services, such as www.yourdomain.com. 
   • If you use a domain name you already own, you must have Administrator access to your domain registrar so we can help you set it up to work with your email. 
   • Alternatively, we can help you purchase a new domain and set up the email ourselves.
     
     

2. A list of all the email accounts you would like set up

   You need one account for each person at your organization who will have their own email address (e.g., person@yourdomain.com). Each person will use this email address (along with a password) to sign in to their Google Workspace account. For each person, we need to know: 
   • First name
   • Last name
   • User name (e.g., person@)
   • Current email address (e.g., a personal email address where we can send their Google Workspace login invitation)
     
     

3. An Administrator user

   Let us know who will serve as the Administrator for your organization. 
   
   

4. A list of any aliases you want set up

   When we set up your account(s), we can also assign aliases that will forward emails to an account (e.g., emails sent to contact@yourdomain.com can be sent to person@yourdomain.com).
   
   

5. An email address that's not in your G Workspace domain

   If you forget how to sign in to your Google Workspace account, Google will need to be able to reach you at an address that doesn't require accessing your account. This address must be a valid address not in your Google Workspace domain (e.g., your personal email address) where you currently receive mail and will continue doing so while using Google Workspace.
