Why doesn't Jottful offer a "parallax" scrolling effect?

We build our websites to work on all kinds of devices and web browsers.

As with other new and cutting-edge web technologies, the main downside is that not all browsers support the technology that parallax scrolling uses.

Other reasons we've chosen not to implement parallax include:

• It can negatively impact a web page's search engine optimization (SEO), so your website does not show up as prominently in search results
