Will cancelling my Google Workspace account impact my email?

No, if you cancel your Google Workspace service with Jottful, we’ll transfer your Google Workspace account to Google. At that point, you can continue service with Google (and be billed by Google) or completely cancel your account through your Google Admin Console. 

You will, however, need to update any software that is connected to your Google Workspace account through Jottful once you transition your account to Google (e.g., email on your smartphone, CRM email integrations, calendar integrations, etc.).
